Pipe Tube Galvanizing Plant

" Jigging" Loading the material to the Job Specific Jigs to have better Pre- Treatment and Galvanizing.


" Degreasing" Its acid based agent to remove oil, grease from the material to be galvanized.


" Pickling" Its mainly Hydrochloride acid with additives used for through cleaning of materials.


" Fluxing" This is most important process. The material is dipped in a strong solution of Zinc Ammonium chloride.


" Drip Tray"


The flux pipe will be put on this drip tray so that small drops of flux will drained the flux tank. all these tank will be provided with suitable drains over flow connection etc.


Since we are following dry galvanizing process therefore, The hot gasses from the main furnace are diverted in the drying chamber for heating, the pipe there by having better utilization of the heat from fuel gasses before being discharge into the main chimney .the complete arrangement consists of the following items.


Support Skids and Pipe Feeding Conveyor


This will be an m.s fabricated skid on which pipe will be from these skids the pipe will be feed to the drying chamber through chain conveyor by Motor and Gear Box.


Drying Chamber

This chamber is made out of steel [mild]plants duly Reinforced and laid with fire proof bricks .the pipe will be put on cradle is driven chain into the hot chamber .the drive has variable speed so that for pipes of difference thickness.


Dipping System

By pneumatic cylinder.

Fabricated stand with m s plate cover.


Extraction Unit

The pipe will be with draw an from the zinc tank manually and put on big magnetic rollers, The complete chain of magnetic roller conveyor will consist of 02no. big magnet roll 6 small magnet and 8 idle rolls suitable placed ,so that pipe are taken up to the extreme end the drive will be through variable motor ,air blowing dies are fixed for wiping out the extra zinc without damaging ,the uniformity and finish of zinc coating on pipe. After the tubes are blown the magnets are de-management and the tubes are transferred quenching tank.


Cyclone

This system consist of blowing box in which the pipes are blown and such fine powder of zinc dust is collected in the cyclone consisting of single volute chamber with cone connected to trolley where these are collected.


INNER DIE SYSTEM

" Inner" die system is very good system, No required of cyclone unit ,we can save the zinc consumption more than 1%.

QUENCH TANK

This tank is made of ms plate 6 mm thickness with 3 chains drain through gear box and motor for carrying the quench pipe to outside for inspection and collection.
